Overview

FanMark is a mobile‑first platform that redefines the autograph—transforming it from a simple ink mark into a verifiable, personalized, hybrid (digital + physical) keepsake. Built with Flutter, it connects fans with anyone they admire, from global celebrities to local teachers, through a seamless dual‑role ecosystem.

The platform introduces two distinct request modes: Quick (instant digital autographs with AI‑personalized video messages) and Ritual (physical heirlooms paired with a recorded video, the fan’s personal story, and cryptographic proof). Fans can track every step—from request to signing to delivery—while talents manage their inbound requests, signature studio, and logistics all in one place.

Behind the scenes, AI drives personalization (suggesting messages and matching fans to relevant talents), e‑signature DNA captures stroke order and pressure for anti‑forgery, and cryptographic hashing anchors every FanMark to the blockchain for immutable proof of authenticity.

Blockchain Agnostic: Provenance layer supports Polygon, Ethereum L2s, or any EVM‑compatible chain. Hash anchoring is modular, enabling seamless migration as network needs evolve.

The Problem:

Autographs hold immense emotional value—they are proof of a moment, a connection, a shared space in time. Yet the current landscape is broken:

  • Physical autographs are hard to obtain, easy to forge, and offer no verification.

  • Digital autographs (like e‑signatures or social media DMs) feel impersonal and lack the weight of a physical keepsake.

  • No unified platform exists for fans to request, receive, and verify autographs across celebrities, authors, creators, teachers, or mentors.

  • Talents have no streamlined system to manage requests, personalize responses, and handle physical logistics—leaving them overwhelmed or disengaged.

  • Counterfeit memorabilia is a multi‑billion‑dollar industry, eroding fan trust and devaluing genuine connections.

The Solution:

FanMark bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds by providing an end‑to‑end infrastructure for verified, personalized autographs:

  • Dual‑Role Ecosystem — Users seamlessly switch between Fan mode (requesting autographs) and Talent mode (giving autographs). One account, two worlds.

  • AI‑Driven Personalization — AI suggests personalized messages, quotes, and even voice/likeness‑based video templates (with talent consent) to make every FanMark feel unique and human.

  • Hybrid Quick / Ritual Modes — Quick delivers a digital autograph + AI‑personalized video in minutes. Ritual sends a physical card (or the fan’s own item) with video proof and a handwritten signature—turning a request into a tangible heirloom.

  • Cryptographic Verification — Every FanMark is anchored by a unique cryptographic hash, with optional blockchain timestamping. The e‑signature DNA (stroke order, pressure, timing) acts as a behavioral biometric for anti‑forgery.

  • Immersive AR Unboxing — Fans open their received FanMarks via AR, watching the talent’s video message float beside the physical item, creating a magical “unboxing” moment.

  • Logistics Orchestration — Talents receive QR‑coded shipping kits and pre‑paid labels. The app handles tracking, notifications, and delivery updates—zero logistics friction.

Designed and built the state‑management layer (Riverpod) enabling seamless switching between Fan and Talent modes. Each mode has its own navigation stack, screen set, and permission boundaries.

Architected the QR‑code signature kit and shipping orchestration layer (integrating with Sendle / courier APIs). Automated label generation and real‑time tracking push notifications.

Cryptographic Verification Layer

Built the e‑signature DNA capture (stroke order, pressure, speed) and integrated a modular hashing service (EVM‑compatible) for immutable proof. Built a “View Proof” modal with plain‑English hash explanations.

Full Mobile UI System

Designed and built 20+ screens (Discover, Request Modal, Activity, My Marks/AR Unboxing, Profile/Dual‑Role) with a custom Adams G‑inspired design system. Achieved 60 FPS on mid‑range devices.

Implemented e‑signature DNA – the app captures the live stroke order, pressure, and timing of the signature on the tablet/physical kit QR scan. This is stored as a unique vector alongside the video proof. AI models compare new signatures against the talent’s historical DNA.

Balancing Quick vs. Ritual (The Hybrid UX)

Introduced a global mode toggle (⚡ Quick / 🌙 Ritual) at the top of the Discover screen. All Request ▶ buttons respect this toggle. Users can start with Quick and “upgrade” to Ritual later, preserving the instant gratification while offering a path to the heirloom.
